What You Need to Know

San Diego Rocket Con 2023 will take place from Saturday, February 18th & Sunday February 19th 2023. The primary convention venue, the Scottish Rite Center, is where ticketing, celebrity autographs and photo ops, and the vendor floor will be located.

Most official events and activities will take place from 10am-6pm (on Saturday) and 10am-5pm (on Sunday). See the Schedule page for specific venue hours and other details.

Ticketing & Pass Pick-Up

All passes will be available to pick up on Saturday, February 18th from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday, February 19th from 9:00am to 5:00pm at the Scottish Rite Center.

During San Diego Rocket Con, all ticketing will take place at the Scottish Rite Event Center.

What to Bring

You will need your ticket confirmation with you. Either on your phone or a printed version.

Lots of cash! Not all vendors and celebrity guests accept credit cards, so plan to bring plenty of cash.

No outside food or drinks will be allowed inside the Event Center. Food vendors will be located at the Scottish Rite Center's front entrance.

Celebrity Schedule

Unless noted, celebrity guests will be at their tables, available to meet fans, take photographs, autographs, etc. both days. Autograph and photograph prices vary by celebrity. (We will make special announcements for those guests who will not be with us both days, and any changes or cancellations will be posted on the Guests page.)

The celebrity guests will be located on the vendor floor of the Scottish Rite Event Center.

1What is “San Diego Rocket Con"?

The San Diego Rocket Con is a comic, toys and collectibles show created by the owners of TC's Rockets in San Diego in hopes of revitalizing the quality of collectors shows. This show is to promote the congregation of fellow geeky trades such as trading cards, statues, comics, games, cosplay, and so much more

2Are there features other than vendors?

YES - This year at the Fourth Annual San Diego Rocket Con 2023, we have invited over 60 vendors, famous cosplayers &, special guests such as Power Rangers (and villains) from different eras including Tracy Lynn Cruz! 3Where do I buy Tickets?

You can buy tickets on our website, or at the event for a slightly higher price.

4Why Buy Tickets Online?

If you buy your tickets online, there is no sales tax as well as the price difference that you see above. The real value of buying online is the guaranteed printed badge as well as the opportunity to buy the bundles which include the exclusive 2023 Comic and San Diego Rocket Con lanyard.

5How much is parking at Rocket Con?

Parking is FREE at SD Rocket Con, but it is limited! The lot directly in front of the Scottish Rite Event Center is currently under construction so only half is available. Thankfully the church next door is allowing us to use their parking lot on Saturday. If the main lot is full please exit to the right and use the parking available at 'First United Methodist Church'. Lots P1-P2 are available on Saturday ONLY. For Sunday parking we recommend parking nearby and using a rideshare service to save money.

6Are costumes or cosplay promoted?

YES - We would love to see your newest, and best costumes. At the moment there are no direct incentives except for some amazing photo opportunities with guests, and our exclusive Rocket Con photo booth!

7Are there artist opportunities?

YES - You will get a table on the outer rim of the show where you can do live sketches, showcase your art, and have a high traffic table!

8Can I volunteer?

YES - Volunteers get a volunteer shirt and free access to the show in its entirety. To inquire about volunteer opportunities click here.

9What are the exclusives for this show?

10When and where is the show?

11What is TC's Rockets and how is it related to the San Diego Rocket Con?

TC's Rockets is a San Diego comic book store located on Waring Road. TC's Rockets has been serving the community for almost four years now. After year three, the father and son business decided to venture into running comic conventions - San Diego Rocket Con was created! It started as a one day show to prove it could be done.
